this was at the top of the Reichstag (I'll apoligize to everyone now for the terrible spelling errors that litter all these entries, there is no spell check on this blog-thingy!)
the Reichstag is teh German Parliment. they had this cool glass spiral walkway that lets viewers get a higher look at teh Berlin city scape, yet while i was in Berlin it was closed for cleaning. so just the rooftop had to suffice.
